Awful! Terrible functionality, no support, poor design, crashes!

The iPad version "forgot" my pin and wont allow login. (Its supposed to be a four digit number, but the pin entry wont recognize any digit after the third one.) The iPhone version crashes to a white screen on startup, and the sync via the cloud functionality was initially intermittent, and now doesnt work at all. The developers website is down and there is no support. No help file for the desktop version either! Even at .99 this is a rip off. I am amazed this is still offered for sale in the iTunes store. Steer clear!
