Always Blank White Screen-Then Nothing

I would love to start to use this app, but heres the problem: When I open the app, I get what every Reviewer is getting-always a blank white screen! Please fix this "bug" issue and please "make sure" this app works correctly after you have fixed and corrected this "bug" issue of always getting nothing but a blank white screen, then nothing. We Reviewers really want to use this app! Thanks.
